Terms & Conditions

GENERAL:
> My personal information cannot be disclosed. Please be respectful and maintain confidentiality.
> I reserve the right to decline a commission if it is not a subject I am comfortable with drawing.
> I also reserve the right to change my terms of service at any time.
> Feeding my art into ANY A.I. engines and using it for NFTs are PROHIBITED.
> Prices MAY increase depending on additional details & complexity of commission.
> You are welcome to ask for updates. I will send updates when entering each stage.
> Any/all required communication will be done via email once I've accepted your commission request from the google form.
> Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting. Please be respectful!PAYMENT PROCESS:
> You must be able to pay via invoicing.
> Upfront payment is required for commissions below $80. After 100% of the payment is sent, I will begin sketching.
> If applicable, an NDA fee usually will be +5% of the total quote, but it may differ depending on how big the project is.
> I will initiate the transaction via invoice to avoid accidental transactions and as a way to protect myself from scams. DO NOT send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for the payment. Failure to comply will result in refund & potential cancellation of your commission.
> If payment is not made in a timely manner (48h unless discussed otherwise) after I've placed the invoice, the commission will be cancelled. Please contact me if there are any delays or issues to preventing payment. Repeated counts of commissioning a project & failing to pay will result in blacklisting.REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:
> I will only ask for payment once I'm ready to start your commission. If by the time I reach you, you would like to cancel it, please feel free to let me know!
> I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have NOT started working on the sketch unless discussed & agreed otherwise in writing.
> Once I start the sketch, you may be refunded 80% of the initial payment.
> No cancellation or refunds will be allowed once I've sent a sketch for preview.
> You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. If you're having malfunctions, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
> You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
> Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel will result in immediate blacklisting for you (this includes your email address, and anyone sharing your account).REVISIONS:
> I will send 3 updates: sketching, painting, and rendering.
> Any major revisions can be made during the sketching phase. However, if the number of revisions becomes excessive, additional costs will be charged.
> 3 Minor tweaks/revisions are allowed during/after rendering phase before additional fees are charged and must be paid in full before I make adjustments.REFERENCES:
> Please send AS MANY references as possible; the more descriptive, the better. This helps me be more accurate with your drawing and is easier.
> Provide VISUAL references. Written references will NOT be taken IF there are no visual references attached.
> If you're giving me a reference sheet that is anything other than a digital, full body, UNSHADED reference sheet, know that I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will try my best to draw the character faithfully.
> Please be as specific as possible when ordering. If you're wanting something exact, I will NEED exact information in order to convey your vision to the best of my capabilities.
> Please be aware that if your commission is highly detailed in any aspect, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. The fee will be discussed prior to the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request before the transaction is complete.DEADLINES & DELIVERY:
> I will try to get commissions done from 2 weeks to 2 months. Please be understanding that if any external issues arise, I may not be able to complete the commission within the promised time.
> If there is a specific deadline, please inform me in the beginning so that you can be prioritized. However, there will be an additional fee (the standard rush fee will be 25%-50%). In addition, it will be the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.
> I have the right to refuse projects with unrealistic timelines.
> You reserve the right to be notified of any potential delays.
> upon completion, you will receive full resolution pngs & jpegs of your commissionUSE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
> Commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Do NOT resell or use them for commercial purposes.
> Artworks can be used for profile pictures, banners, edits, OC portfolio, and may be reshared/reposted on social media WITH credits to @soaemin_
> I retain copyright and may publish the finished work on social media and use it in my portfolio, unless the client requests privacy in advance.
if you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process
> Please do not claim my work as your own.
> Personal use is permitted, however you are not allowed to change or edit the finished artwork without my permission.By commissioning me, you agree that you have read & accepted all the terms described. You also agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, and provide all image credits to me. Violation to these agreements will lead to blacklisting without warning with any additional appropriate actions taken.
